Signature Carpets

Signature Carpets has designed and manufactured custom made carpets and rugs for the past 27 years and now operates from its impressive 20,000 square foot factory, design studio and showroom.

Internationally renowned for its design flair, Signature’s award winning design team is able to offer clients any design style from the traditional to the contemporary.

Working to the highest design standards, each carpet or rug is carefully created exclusively for its intended interior. The complete service encompasses design consultancy; site survey, original artwork and samples; manufacture and installation.

The designs are expertly interpreted by skilled hand tufting craftsmen under the supervision of the designer. The construction is 100% New Zealand Wool custom dyed to the precise shades needed to make the design excel in itself and sit perfectly as a complement to the interior. The finished article is created in dense velvet pile, sometimes with sculptured details hand carved and loop pile used to introduce variation in texture.

The grade of carpet is suitable for commercial and residential purposes (typically: 14-18mm pile height; 5kg/m2). Large areas of any size or shape can be entirely hand made or make use of hand made borders and features inset onto Signature’s custom dyed machine made carpet.
