Founded in London, 1991 by Shona McKinney McKINNEY & CO have long been established as one of the UK’s leading designers of door and window furniture. Gracing the world’s finest homes and prestigious buildings including Buckingham Palace and 10 Downing Street, our clientele include Royalty and A-list celebrities. The designs incorporate both traditional and contemporary styles using an eclectic mix of materials from antiqued brass or silver and bronze to glass, leather, Perspex, wood and watergilt. All products in the bespoke McKINNEY & CO range are made to order in the UK by local craftspeople using traditional methods, therefore many of the designs can be adapted to clients’ specific requirements and special commissions are welcomed. Alongside finials and handles McKINNEY & CO offer in depth advice on all types of curtain poles including complex curved and angled bay windows. Made to measure pelmets and custom finished coronas are also a speciality. Our large showroom in THE OLD IMPERIAL LAUNDRY, BATTERSEA is an Aladdin’s cave of ideas and a perfect starting point for any project.
