John Jones is a family-owned and family-run business offering an impressive range of art services to the highest quality and bespoke to each customer.

We have grown to encompass a specialist skilled team of 75 craftspeople and designers, whose expertise enables us to make virtually any kind of frame including welded aluminium and brass, Perspex, and timber frames from environmentally sustainable forests, entirely at our 38,000sq ft north London workshop.

We deliver artwork that is presented and protected to the finest museum standard. Using only the best and most up to date techniques and resources, professionals choose to work with us because of the attention to detail taken over our design process and the finest materials that are carefully and lovingly used.

Our aim at John Jones is to build life-long relationships with our clients that range from high profile artists to galleries and collectors and in doing so, support the next generation of creative talent and encourage the aspirations of emerging galleries across London.

John Jones himself first entered into the fine-art industry during the 1960s. He quickly discovered that he had an aptitude for making high-quality picture frames to order, and it was not long before he was working closely with artists such as Francis Bacon and David Hockney to design frames specifically to complement their work.
