Eurocucina 2010 saw the birth of Sub-Zero in the heart of Milan. In a string of strategic European openings, Sub-Zero has placed roots in the design capital of Italy with a state-of-the-art, gallery-inspired venue. The launch event was elegant and contemporary, featuring a Food&Flowers demonstration by Canadian author and food stylist Donna Brown. This latest branch of the brand carries a wide range of Sub-Zero and Woolf products displayed in unusual surroundings—concrete and chalk walls instead of the average kitchen cabinetry, for starters.
