The BIID sponsored an award at the very lively Restaurant & Bar Design Awards on Tuesday evening. President, BIID, Jenny Gibbs presented the Best Bar Award to the Tote Bar (India) design by Serie Architects to much applause. Over 350 hospitality designers enjoyed Welsh inspired canapés and experienced Radio Frequency Identification - a highly innovative means of connecting guests to each other through radio technology.
