Yesterday BIID members turned up in force for an exclusive look inside the Lawson Robb show apartment at the luxury development The Lancasters, Hyde Park. Hosted by Lawson Robb and sponsored by SMC, the event provided an opportunity to tour the apartment and gain an insight into the concepts behind the designs. Coffee and pastries were supplied on arrival giving members the opportunity to have a browse and chat before being shown round the apartment. Suppliers including Willer, l&b, Se chairs, Birgit Israel, Haute Deco and Donghia/Rubelli were on hand to talk through their individual contributions to the show apartment and their specialities, from the latest in smart home technology to iconic door handles. Members were also then given the opportunity to see David Linley's apartment, and compare the two equally luxurious designs, before returning to more nibbles and networking.
