The BIID and Muralto have joined forces to support emerging talent and encourage new and innovative design, by launching the BIID Graduate Product Award.  The award is open to students in their final year of study or anyone that has graduated in the last 12 months.  There is a generous cash prize of £2,500 for the winner but, even more excitingly, their ideas will be turned into reality and the design made up in Muralto’s South African workshops.

The award was launched Wednesday night at a highly successful event held at Muralto’s new Seymour Place showroom in the exclusive Portman Village, located in Central London.  Guests, including many high profile designers, were warmly welcomed by Jane and John Buckley of Muralto and also had the chance to preview their vibrant spring collection from South Africa.

Further details about the BIID Graduate Product Award and information on how to enter are available here.
