Luxury Residential Development in the Caribbean
Show home exterior and pool deck.
A development of 30 luxury villa residences in the Caribbean. This is the first luxury home to be built by our client, a Caribbean development team, on a parcel of land adjoining a world class golf course, dramatically carved out of the landscape by one of the World's leading course planners. There are 35 building plots and we have worked with the project architects to provide space planning for all 9 house designs indicating the best furniture positions throughout and specifications for lighting and electrical layouts. We have produced 3D visuals for our clients, which they will use as part of their marketing material for the development – placing great emphasis on the style of furniture, decoration and fabrics. We entirely fitted out the development show home, providing furntiure, soft furnishings, all accessories and occassional furniture and art works.
