Jonathan Brunskill Associates works on residential projects and has considerable experience in the restoration and repair of listed buildings. Jonathan Brunskill carries out interior and architectural design for the general refurbishment, alteration and extension of buildings, from initial concept and design development, to planning and listed building consents, where required, to the tendering and supervision of on-site works. Jonathan Brunskill works closely with the Client to ensure that a thorough understanding of the brief leads to a successful outcome to the project; a successful Client/Designer relationship will achieve the best results in devloping and executing design ideas.
Current and recent projects include:-
Alterations and full refurbishment of a Grade II listed manor house in Oxfordshire, with planning and listed builidng consent for a two storey extension in Cotswold stone. Full refurbishment and planning consent to enlarge a family home in Chiswick, west London. Refurbishment and extension of a Grade II terraced house in Kensington, west London. Conversion of the upper floors of a family house near Battersea Park, with planning consent for a loft conversion. Planning consent for the construction of a large contemporary kitchen extension in Dulwich Village.
