IOR Group assists businesses to adapt and improve their organisations through the office interior. We undertake design and build services for office refurbishment, office fit-out and office design, incorporating office furniture.

We use recognised design-led products within design schemes, and to solve the practical and emotional demands of clients. IOR Group are authorized suppliers for Herman Miller, Vitra, Orangebox and Lifestyle Partitions.

Clients include national and international businesses such as G4S, Logica, Michael Page and Gazprom.

Projects range from all-encompassing design and fit-out for HQ buildings, relocation and refurbishment work for local and national companies, to specific works within existing offices such as Receptions, Boardrooms, expansion and restack projects.

A full project management service forms part of our scope, including CDM planning and coordination, Building Regulations submission and Landlords approvals. Design and Build contracts are inherently swifter, better value, and more collaborative than traditional formats and result in projects free from blame, delay and cost overruns.

Design solutions are the key to achieving the best results and our multi-disciplinary team start by understanding clients, their objectives and constraints, before creating unique schemes for the office. The Association of Interior Specialists awarded a Gold award for design to IOR group in 2007 for our work with Gazprom.
