My experience in interior design spans some twenty years, working mainly on residential projects in London and the Home Counties. Over the years, I have been involved in all aspects of design from architectural through decoration and finally sourcing art and accessories to complete the project.

Types of commissions vary enormously from supplying bespoke in-house designed furniture, through single room jobs, to the total design of large residential projects. Current projects include a new reception area for a cosmetic dentist, complete design for a large new build house in Kent, refurbishment of common areas in an apartment block over-looking the Thames as well as developing a range of furniture for a manufacturing collective.

In terms of style, I have implemented both traditional and modern design. My real strengths lie at the contemporary end of the spectrum although not the exclusion of all things traditional. I feel that the most successful projects are where the perfect balance between old and new has been achieved.

Each new project affords opportunities to hone my skills in all aspects of design and I thrive on the challenges that my work provides. I spend a lot of time keeping abreast of technological advances in design as well as reading and attending exhibitions to keep up to date with the latest products available: all in order to provide my clients with the most current choices available.

I have a passion for good design of all styles, and I truly believe that a well designed environment can improve the quality of life for those living and working within it. I consider it my duty as a designer to strive to provide the best possible solutions in terms of aesthetics, atmosphere and functionality within my client’s budget and time scale.
