About the event:
The BIID is delighted to announce the launch a new series of 'Private View' CPD events. These member-only exclusive events will be private tours of unique, innovative or award winning interior design projects, both commercial and residential. The first in the series has been arranged in association with CEDIA and John Cullen Lighting and is an award winning private residence in Kensington. Currently on the market, the property is one of the few triple basement homes in London but features innovative use of natural and artificial light throughout. It includes a home cinema which doubles as a secure, panic room in addition to a ballroom which turns into an adjustable depth swimming pool at the touch of a button. This evening event will include a guided tour of the property in addition to talks from Krystian Zajac, Board member at CEDIA whose company, It's Done Technology, carried out the home technology integration, Lucy Martin of John Cullen Lighting who designed the lighting scheme and Arek Palka from A P Arcon Construction, who headed up the design and build team for the project. Refreshments and canapés will be provided.
